Join us Saturday 9/14 at 11 AM for an outdoor yoga experience designed to melt away stress and restore balance. This class is designed to guide you into a stress free state while reconnecting with your body. Through mindful movement, breathwork, and meditation, we'll ease tension and create space for relaxation, leaving you refreshed, rejuvenated, and more at peace. All levels are welcome—come breathe, release stress, and connect under the open sky!

Yoga can help to improve your mood, strengthen your muscles, and support healthy joint function. Learn basic moves to strengthen your body and increase your flexibility.
Need to know:
Plan to meet by the shuttlecock at the Nelson-Atkins lawn, or look for the PIH banner!
Bring a yoga mat and water bottle
If it is raining the event will be rescheduled (watch for email notifications)
